PURPOSE: To create an inviting and appealing environment in your home so that potential buyers can envision themselves living there.
De-cluttering and de-personalizing have proven to be very important when showing a home. Too often, busy home sellers find this process overwhelming. This is where I come in. I can:
- Do an initial walkthrough, inside and out, and give a detailed checklist of things you would need to do to get your home ready to sell. (Both real estate agent and home seller will receive a copy of the report.)
- Redesign “identified” rooms to ensure your home is shown at its best.
- Provide or work with you on ideas for de-cluttering, appropriate paint colors and last minute accessorizing.
You can add value to your services by providing your clients with gift certificates toward move-in services, a redesign consultation or a color consultation.
